"When I arrived found out immediately the the elevator was down, then found out my room was on the 3rd floor. I checked in around 8pm and was very disappointed, not to mention still carry all the luggage for me and my fiance to the 3rd floor. Then find out the next day that there is no hot water in the building, couldn't take a shower for hours it definitely held our trip up. I talked with the manager in the morning and she was very professional and helpful and definitely did a good job calming...
