Well-designed and wonderful hotel within walking distance of Union Station, the Capitol and the Smithsonian museums. Enjoyed the ease of check-in and the cleanliness and simple straightforward amenities of the room. The Art & Soul breakfast and dinner were tasty, superb, and well-proiced, and the waitstaff amazingly friendly and accomodating. Will definitely consider Yotel DC on my next trip to the city!

I was very disappointed that the restaurant closed at 7 PM — shortly after I checked in. That basically rendered my VIP food credit useless as well as the $10 of my $35 resort fee. I certainly will not have time or room for a $40 breakfast so basically I didn’t get my benefit. As the only dining option in the hotel, I don’t think it’s appropriate to close early with no warning.

Good location, modern feel/decore. My son casted to TV pretty easily, retractable bed was a surprise. Downside: have to call for washcloths and no microwave. Overall, I'll stay again.

Door to toilet does not close all the way. Door to shower does tho, luckily. Awkward because theres no actual full bathroom to change in, but manageable. However, the door not closing all the way to use the toilet, leaving whoever uses it exposed is very unfortunate and awkward.
