"I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. However, I won’t ding them for that as the check in time is the check in time and that’s what I agreed to. The apartment itself was excellent. "Beautiful property, very clean. Right at the Metro exit of plaza de España, walking distance to temple of debod, royal palace of Madrid, cathedral. We paid for the breakfast buffet, good selection, with the egg station but it’s the same menu/spread everyday, we were there for 5 days, my husband sorta got tired of it. We will stay here again if we’re ever back in Madrid. "
