"Host replies quickly to your questions. Place has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and the master bedroom is wonderful and opens to the pool. The pool was clean and at a perfect temp. Be sure to let the host know a day a head to heat.if"

"The beds were comfortable and the showers nice. The craftsman architecture makes the house fell like home. The outdoor furniture has been neglected and is in need of cleaning which was dissapointing. Otherwise, the house was a comfortable place to stay for 5 days."

"Third time staying here. Very clean. Great communication. Older home but well kept. Wish it had garbage disposal and dishwasher but other than that perfect for what we need when visiting family. "

"we were 2 couples staying in the santa monica area with a car and this was perfect for us. We could walk to whole foods and trader joes and drive to beverly hills, dinners on the beach, shopping etc. Home was super clean and very comfortable. Highly reccommend!! "

"It was a nice home. The area was great. My only concern was that I could not reach anyone when I had a question. The home has a for sale sign in front and that caused me concern. I called VRBO to reassure me all was well and after that we had a great stay. If the home remains, I would use it again!"

"The house was beautiful up to date and was equipped with lots of charging ports to plug in my larger than normal family. Loved the extra touches to make us feel welcome. Only two things that stood out, one bathroom (which I admit I should have paid better attention to ), and we only received two bath towels, and at that they were cheap towels that left chunky lint all over. Other than that. It’s a great house in a pretty quiet neighborhood. "

"Really enjoyed this suburban feel, but easy access to Highway 10 for day trips. Modern and contemporary private home with spacious full kitchen, laundry, parking and courtyard. Host was flexible and welcoming! Across from a lovely park and Whole Foods around the block. Small closet, but spacious updated bathroom! Will come back if given opportunity! "

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown Pasadena (less than a 10 minute drive) and convenient to freeways. Would definitely stay here again."
