"Omar was so helpful with anything and everything we needed. This trip was so amazing and special because he assisted with the planning once we got there. We asked for suggestions along with directions and Omar pulled out a map and started circling drawing and explaining where to go and what to do! Thank you for making my birthday trip such a pleasant and memorable experience!!! Let me add, the breakfast was fit for a king with the spread that was offered and the coffee/ cappuccinos/ Americanos...

"Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in...
