"The staff was excellent, and the room was very spacious. My only complaint is that we paid extra for a canal view, and because we were on the 4th floor, our only view was the very close scaffolding on the next building. "

Finally, when we needed to dash in order to make our trajn, they checked us out quickly in the midst of several parties waiting to check in."

"First front desk staff were great everyone was so friendly and professional. Specially Paulo in the morning and Nasim at night time. They really want to help you. Breakfast was great a lot of choices . Every morning they would greet you and asked about your desire for drink. One of the ladies made the most delicious cappuccino. Our room was facing the canal and had an amazing view. Close to market. Close to everything walking distance to everywhere and water transportation on the canal steps...

"Our family had a lovely stay, difficult to find 2 bedroom hotel room so it was perfect for our family break. Great location, helpful staff, felt safe, was quiet at night and comfy beds. Georgia looked after us so well in arrival with welcome drinks and storing our luggage which we found already in our room on check in. Highly recommend would stay again. "

"The room we booked was impossibly small and dated. Bathroom was small and worn. We upgraded and paid more for a suite which was newer and nice. It cost €50 more per night in Feb 2025 (off season) The photo I relied on showed a nice bed. Unfortunately that bed took up virtually the entire room. We barely could squeeze in our luggage."
