"I loved this place! First location is perfect. You have everything around. Second check in and check out. Not having keys is a plus. Communication with host was perfect. She was always very happy to help and makes sure I had everything I needed. The room was big and with everything you need. "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "

"The room, location and view were great. After the checkin confusion we had a great time. Everyone was nice and helpful. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and the toilet seat drove us crazy but everything else was great. It is an older building and it would take very little to push this nice room into luxury. "
