"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

We had a balcony unit so two large doors lead outside to a small balcony. Two windows (above the balcony doors with no curtain or shade) let you know when it's daytime. With no reception desk, the property is accessed using a lockbox system with the combination provided prior to check-in. There isn't a regular cleaning service, but...
