"The manager was very bossy and charges if you put stains on towels and wash rags due to dirt or makeup,they don't clean your room everyday.had to take out my own garbage,and they don't have fresh breakfast,food was stail like it's been sitting there for days.cockroches in room and no air conditioning.manager tried to keep $100 deposit and charged me two times for stained towels and keep them. "We loved the Elm House. The room was spacious and so comfortable. Excellent breakfast!! We could walk to downtown Napa and it was easy to get to wineries!!! Great hot tub!"
