"This hotel had really nice pools and the employees were super accommodating and kind. The grounds were meticulously kept up and clean and it felt extremely safe. One minus was that although there were locked doors at all the side entrances, they were all left unlocked throughout the day and evenings, leading me to believe that it is not as secure as it could be. The side entrance by building 5 seemed to be where guests smoked outside, and the hallways and stairwells coming in from there always...

"We love the neighborhood - so close to the big walking Ruth park. It’s great that there are two different grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and the backyard with the pool and grassy area along with the vegetation that attracts hummingbirds was so nice. We are talking about coming back again next year.😀"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs. The room was spacious, the housekeeping was very good (even left a rose, champagne and candy on Valentine's Day) and the front desk was helpful. Wonderful huge hot tub. The location was good, too -- just a short drive away from the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs, and there were a few places easily walkable, too. "

"Overall, had a nice stay. Staff was great and property and pool area were clean and well-maintained. Rooms are nice, but bathrooms, especially showers, are small, with showers having low water pressure. Beds were a bit soft for our tastes. We stayed on first floor and found the noise/footsteps coming from guests on second floor very loud. Would recommend staying on 2nd floor or in row of units that don't have a second floor. "

"The staff are the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly hello or welcome back when we arrived at the property. Our room was large with all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was with the bathroom. The door would not close without a substantial push. The top portion of the door sticks. The shower head needs to be replaced. Water flow was not up to standard for a hotel of this level. "

"Clean,quiet and walkable to downtown. Good continental breakfast and wine and cheese at 4 pm. We would definitely stay here again."
