"The property is very nice especially the pool areas. But the hot tub was turned off in the main pool area which was disappointing. The only hot tub was overrun by small children. The staff was all very nice. But there was limited staff. For the price - it was fair but overall it has potential to be amazing!!! It needs a little tlc. The room was great but when I checked in they said there was just parking lot views available which was hard to believe since there didn’t seem to be many...

From delivering ice cream cups to the pool to wine/cheese hour to checking in on guests, they made sure everyone was taken care of. The limited hours of the office were a little annoying, but their sister property next door is open all the time and can help.
