The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No glasses in room just paper cups for coffee. Roof leaked as it rained a lot that day. Thank goodness the leak was in the bathroom. It quit when rain did. Staff friendly and nice. Pool cold. Hot tub was large and nice.

Lovely property. Pool was warm and clean, hot tub was hot. Bed slightly soft but comfortable. Shower is set up to soak the tile floor so, be careful there. The lower rooms have little concrete courtyards that are great for socializing but really echo the sound to other rooms.

Great location. It sits at the junction between downtown Palm Springs and areas to the south like Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage. Easy to get around. The room was fine, not fabulous.

Pool was delightful, lots of comfy poolside furniture. Hot tub great! Only minor complaint, we were put in room next to pool equipment which was noisy, when it appeared there were many other options. Would stay again.

The room was sufficient for a quick one night visit but was smaller than we expected. The pictures of the pool area was a bit different than what’s actually at the property when you arrive. They play music early in the morning and it’s mostly sad R&B music which is a bit annoying and slightly depressing. I think it’s a bit overpriced for the room size and property. I’m glad we had a discount as the discount price was more appropriate, Deposit for incidentals was more than what we paid for the room itself which I think was a first for us. Overall ok for our visit.

I was pleasantly surprised, I loved my room, great bed with lots of pillows, a very cool entry door to a private front patio with a swing chair to relax and hang out, a fantastic pool area on the family side with jacuzzi on the other side of the property same pool and spa for 21 and older, great option. The restaurant has a bar on the property and a great menu. Will be staying here in the future

We didn’t end up making it to the property and I understand that I prepaid for a hotel room that was nonrefundable however they still charged me for the amenities fee, which I never used and for the tax which was never used and nobody will give me a refund or even try to help me. The customer service is awful.

Usually enjoy staying here, however, a few issues in my last trip. The pumps for shampoo were broken and couldn’t dispense. They placed me in a room right next to room keeping, the constant noise throughout the day was terrible. Then, I stayed in the 4th (today is the 31st) and the $200 hold for security deposit is still on my account.

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher as most of our stay was pleasant. The pool was nice and relaxing, though only one of them was heated. The rooms were spacious, and the shower pressure and cleanliness were great. However, I have a feather allergy and had specifically informed the hotel in advance. They assured me they double-checked, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While my bed was fine, my friend's had feathers, which caused me severe discomfort, coughing, and sneezing for three nights. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the manager promised us two free nights in the future, but after following up with two emails, I’ve yet to receive a response over a month later. I hope you don’t face similar issues during your stay, but this incredibly disappointing customer service really tarnished my overall experience, despite an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The front door didn’t want to close, no shower door, there was water all over the floor, and the shower was filthy when we got there. The lamps are foot buttons when it’s dark and trying to find light. The side tables have books under them because they are broken. The restaurant shares the same parking lot which means there’s no parking when you’re trying to get to your room in the dark.
