"The staff here were so friendly and helpful! They even upgraded our room for us to a double king. We stayed for four days for a conference and didn’t have any issues. Yes, the rooms and hallways in the buildings could use some updating, but the main areas are super pretty! We didn’t have issues with hot water or our AC unit (other than it being a bit noisy when it kicked on). "The staff are the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly hello or welcome back when we arrived at the property. Our room was large with all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was with the bathroom. The door would not close without a substantial push. The top portion of the door sticks. The shower head needs to be replaced. Water flow was not up to standard for a hotel of this level. "

Outdoor pool area needs a refresh and we thought the start time of the continental breakfast (9:00 am) was too late. Recommend either starting earlier (e.g. 8:00 am) or at the minimum, having fresh coffee at the outdoor bar area. "
