"It was perfect!! Inside was clean, kitchen had a great supply of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Nice size refrig, coffee pots. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, extra bedding, roll-away beds too. Plenty of patio chairs, yard was beautiful, and the view!! Grandson fished, we used hot tub, bbq one night. Loved the firepit!! We have nothing bad to say!! We did buy a propane tank for bbq.I had my entire family, we loved it, will book again."

"Emir's house was exactly what we needed after our 3 days of camping. It has a nice open layout and wrap around deck that makes the most out of the pool and hot tub area, with a beautiful view across the valley while being completely private and quiet. Everything was clean, well stocked, and worked as instructed, including the A/C thankfully. I could see regular 2WD cars having a hard time with the entry road, but it wasn't an issue with our 4WD truck. We would definitely stay here again and...

"It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning."

"This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."
