"I really liked this hotel. First off, the service was great. The room was very clean and modern, even with usb outlets for charging your devices.... AND THEY ACTUALLY WORK. The wifi was decent with a 17 mbps download and 18 mbps upload. Tested with ookla and it said it should support 2160p (4K) streaming. I really liked the regular style drip coffee machine. The area around the hotel felt very safe and quiet even though the highway (CA 20) is right there. Overall I definitely like this hotel and highly recommend it. This place is going to be our go to now while in the clearlake area."

"We usually avoid staying at casino hotels if there are other alternatives, as many allow smoking and one is in the proximity of the casino, which usually means walking right through it to get to the front desk, etc. That isn't the case with this casino hotel. Check-in is off to the side as one walks into the building, as is the elevator (yes, one, but it was never busy - we were there Wed. to Fri. - maybe it's more in demand on the weekend, but we couldn't say). What passes for a full restaurant is only open Thur. through Sun., so what looks and functions much like a combination deli - pizza dispensary is a little limited with its options. There are a few restaurants in the area, though it's a bit of a drive. The same would be true for other lodging facilities in the Upper Lake area, so there's no good way to improve on that. It's a small town environment. Our room(s) were clean and comfortable. We stayed in standard king(s). I add the "(s)" because we experienced a not-so-minor-glitch during the first night. The typical wall-mounted unit failed to respond to the thermostat setting and continued to heat until we woke up in the night because the room was 84 degrees. We switched off the heat and turned on the A/C, which cooled the room off, but it continued cooling, as before, so it was brisk until we woke up in the morning. So, we switched it to heat, which was effective, but not energy efficient. They switched rooms for us. The second room was fine. We'll return again."

"Todo me encanto, primera vez que visito Ukiah y me encanto el hotel, muy limpio el personal super amable y gentil. Espacio para paquearse, todo quedaba cerca, pedi salir una hora mas tarde para entregar el cuarto por que maneje mucho y estaba cansada, y el personal miy amablemente respondio claro por supuesto. Lo unico que pienso que nesesitan mejorar es el area del.desayuno nesecita actualisarse en todo los aspectos para una mejor servicio al cliente."
