"Great location for landmarks, easy walk to lots of train stations. Comfy beds, small but normal rooms. Lots of food options outside. Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. House keeping staff left dirty towels & rubbish in hallways which isn’t nice to look at. Near a fire station so heard sirens at night, can be busy in lobby & lifts due to...

"Ok spot for the price! Nice lobby but rooms were ok but whole floor we were staying smelled like smoke and front desk didn’t seem to care. Was definitely run by younger generation lots of university kids more of a “party” hotel close to the main city. Bar was closed during our stay so didn’t get to try it! "

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"The amenities provided by this hotel were much appreciated - from the in-room hot water dispenser that came with four kinds of coffee and two kinds of tea, public baths (separate for women and men), pajamas (one size), and welcome drinks every day, we enjoyed our stay at this 6-year-old property, which needless to say was in excellent condition with modern furnishings. "Although the room is small, but it is well equipped with everything that you need!! There is a public bath in level 3 and convenient store 7-11 is available at the same floor. If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. We enjoyed our stay during our visit at Osaka and definitely will stay here again next time we revisit Osaka! Highly recommended!!"
