"We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square."

"Beds were wonderful!! Enjoyed open floor plan for 4 women cooking, chatting. Fans kept rooms cool including lanai. Close to everything by golf cart. "

"Wow! This was our first time ever to visit The Villages and this property was perfect. Why? Location, location, location! It’s near the Brownwood paddock Square. It’s near the Eisenhower rec center. There’s an adult only pool very nearby. Also two golf courses and another rec center all within walking distance.. The golf cart was a nice benefit too! Looking forward to coming back!"

"Heavy traffic on 301 daily which was not pleasant.The neighbor hood was quiet and We walked a lot. Lovely homes and landscaping to see. Loved the Marsh beauty. The house was clean. We were disappointed with dinner ware. Unpleasant to eat from. Kitchen otherwise addaquately equiped.Way too few towels and the 2nd bedroom had inadequate drawer space for a months'stay.We didn't know that there was no outdoor space or leni on the back.Owners very responsive to our communications.Regulating the heat...

"The pictures were accurate. The house was nice and clean and had enough of everything, towels, blankets, pillow, toiletries, and coffee! If we go back we would stay here again. "

"Our trip was planned to get out of the cold weather and play a couple rounds of golf. We ordered the Lifestyle passes to let us get T times. As it turns out, you can’t make any arrangements until you’re physically there to pick up your passes. We were arriving Sunday evening and assumed we could set up for Monday. Additionally, through some snafu, they hadn’t received the owners request to reserve the passes for us. We weren’t able to reach the owners before the 6:00 pm deadline so had to...
