"There were people outside our room talking for 2 hours. It was difficult to rest. We did not want to go outside and confront them. It would be helpful if a walk around could be done after dark to make sure no disturbances are ongoing. I told the young man in the morning and he told me that I should have called about it. "Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "
