"This is the oldest operating hotel in Florida, dating from 1833. Very quaint and charming. We stayed in the main inn and enjoyed our time. However, the carpet in the room was shabby and the bed was very uncomfortable. Just needs some updating. The restaurants are very good and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. "

"We stayed at the hotel across the way, which is almost the same layout, but much newer. This was nice, but it needs a little updating. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the first night because they spilled my name incorrectly. The next day we were able to get through. It was a pretty quiet hotel, and we enjoyed our stay."

"Wow. This place was amazing. Perfectly clean. Very friendly staff. Pool and pool area were very clean and the water was kept warm (even on cool nights). Bar was comfy and cool drinks for holidays. Decorations were beautiful in all areas. Shops and villages restaurants close by. I really can't say enough about this stay. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in during travel. I didn't get the chance to eat there or use the spa but will try this next time. Thank you for your attention to detail and guest service. Add a Pickleball Court and I may never leave. :)"
