"Mother/daughter stay for the Mount Dora Arts Festival. Perfect location to be able to walk downtown. Communication with owner and check-in was a breeze. Two people were doable in the unit, but I would say better for a one person stay. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because there was not a plug outlet in the bathroom. Very hard for 2 women to take a shower & dry hair! Never would have occurred to me there would not be a plug. "

"Vrbo lists this as a one bedroom one bath. In reality it’s a studio in a small house that’s been poorly converted to a duplex. The walls are thin. You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. The owner, Ms Myra, lives on the upper level.It is a fantastic place for a party with many tables and chairs, plus sofas, love seats and recliners. The kitchen area is also large with a lot of counter space for food service. Ms Myra is an excellent host and very accommodating to special requests. Excellent facility!!"
