"Gorgeous house at the entrance of Bear Lake Reserve. Our family loved sitting on the screened in porch with fire place for all of our meals and game nights. House was very pretty, had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Communication with the owners was excellent and our family loved our time here. We will be back! Thank you Brian & Jan!"

"What a wonderful, comfortable home for our adult children (ages 18-25) and friend/spouse to spend a week with us! The serenity of the birds singing and mountain streams running were a restorative break from everyday responsibilities. Even when it rained, there was plenty to do in the house, from playing pool to card games to Monopoly to occasional video games for some of the kids. "Beautiful property/area inside and out. Everyone was very nice. A couple little things would put it at the best. A couple towels were tattered and the sofa was a pull out but it was so hard you couldn’t sit on it to eat or hang out. I sat down with all my weight not expecting to bounce off the thing. It literally hurt my back sitting down, no I didn’t throw myself onto it I just sat down as one would. Oh and honestly… a civil engineer needs to check out that parking deck… the sketchiest part about the whole place. "
