The place is great to relax, fish, kayak, take the pontoon out, swim, BBQ, etc. It is indeed remote and you want to be sure to bring as much of your personal stuff and groceries with you as the road to "civilization" is very curvy and up and down. "This was our first time to Bear Lake Reserve and we were blown away at this hidden gem. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, and close to the Lake Club and pool. We enjoyed lazy mornings sitting on the porch and afternoons at the lake and pool. We can't wait to visit again!"

"This house was perfect. Clean, roomy and well stocked. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. 10/10 would recommend. It is remote so take what you need. Lots of curved road but you get used to it. Very steep walk to the lake (not flip flop friendly so wear sneakers) but there is room to park by the dock if you want to drive down. My adult kids enjoyed kayaking and taking out dogs to the beach. Great host communication. "

"We stayed at Greg's for our fall break and had an enjoyable time. The cabin is secluded and is right on the lake but it is in such a great location that we were able to visit, Cashiers, Cherokee, Highlands and Whitewater Falls.There were only two of us but the cabin could have easily housed a family for a great vacation. Greg was a great communicator and we plan and returning when we go back to the mountains. I highly recommend this place."
