Very beautiful property within walking distance of downtown Highlands. This is a special hotel with a modern/eclectic and eco friendly feel. Only downfall was they promised coffee and pastries for breakfast, and all that was on the buffet was one plate with a few slices of banana bread. Loved the breakfast/gathering room.

Super nice staff! The room was comfortable. We had our pup with us and they had water and food bowls in the room and on the patio! It was a nice touch:) I also liked that the shower had a pull down wand if we wanted to bathe our pup. The only down side was no hanging space for clothes. There were 4 pegs to hang things. There was no luggage holder to put your suitcase on. Otherwise, it was really nice.

Excellent stay for a wedding in town; the room was cozy and well-appointed. Loved the little touches like the gas logs (easy to use!), the tea, the bathrobes. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room felt clean as a whistle. We'll be back!

We just loved our stay at Trailborn Highlands!! The staff (I wished I could remember her name)was so kind and helpful. Her smile was so inviting!! We will come back and stay longer!! Thank you. The room was so clean. The beds were so comfortable. The showers had plenty of hot water. Loved it!!
