"Great little house for our winter getaway. Beds were a bit firm for me and the wife kids had no problems with them. That was our only gripe and it’s just a personal preference. Didn’t put a damper on our stay though as it was nothing a hot shower in the morning couldn’t take care of. Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood."

"This was the perfect property for our week-long Lake Shasta/Redding area stay. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. The home is nicely updated, and the main bedroom mattress was great; it was not too firm or soft. The home is between two dental businesses, and there were never any issues with traffic or noise. "Very peaceful location on the Trinity river. The accommodation was very cozy and well suited for all ages including dog friendly. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit, and corn hole games were a plus. Would recommend this place and will likely return for my next fly fishing trip. "
