"It’s an amazing and beautiful hotel, centrally located and close to shops, restaurants, mass transit and walking distance to 101 Taipei. Our room overlooked 101 Taipei, very clean with very modern amenities. The staff were fantastic, so pleasant, polite, extremely efficient and helpful. We don’t get this kind of treatment in any of the Hilton hotels in the U.S. My only comment is that we wish they serve regular menu for dinner and not just buffet. We ended up eating at the Bar restaurant for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast had large selections of foods and all were very good. Overall, we enjoyed and loved our stay and wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. "

"I highly recommend staying at this hotel! This was my first time in Taipei and this location was just perfect-restaurants, shopping, and transportation was also convenient. The staff was amazing and my room was just stunning with the view and just how everything was so clean.. when I come back to Taipei I’m definitely staying at this hotel again. "Like the staff , facilities, sauna, steam, hot tub wonderful worth the price. Gym and others. Regret there’s no self laundry. Regret no hand towels and no towel hangers in the bathroom. Other than these if you can lived with it, this is a good place and totally worth the price . "
