"Great stay in a disable room apart from house keeping forgot hand wash but there was shower gel and moisturiser in wet area so managed and use own anti Bac gel The Hotel couldn’t do enough for every one especially this morning when Sheffield city centre was covered in snow. "We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year. "
