Check in was easy, quick and hassle free. The staff at reception gave a warm welcome and made finding our room simple. Conveniently close to motorway as a place to stop over and break a long drive. However, wi-fi was erratic - sometimes normal speed, sometimes really slow. Dinner service also quite slow - half hour wait from ordering to meal arriving. Not sure why as it wasn’t particularly busy.
