Car parking a mess [ why let everyone in when there's no space and then not let you out because the barrier is down and you need a code - should have had someone stationed outside] All staff really lovely and helpful across the site but John on desk was excellent and really helpful Hotel clean, excellent rooms and great location for racecourse . Fantastic hotel! Lovely room, I like that it had complementary shampoo body wash and conditioner as I’d forgotten to pack mine! Breakfast was delicious. Staff extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The view of the Racecourse was amazing.

The view of the racecourse was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room 622 was very clean but the mattress needs replacing, extremely uncomfortable.

We seen lots of hotels for work and pleasure, and this hotel was really clean with very friendly staff. The room was nice but only thing that let it down was the mattress and pillow, which both felt a bit below average.

A day at the races
Stayed at this hotel as we were attending the races in Doncaster. Amazing location with views of the race course. The hotel staff were lovely, really efficient and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
