Do not recommend staying there at all
It was the complete opposite of what we were expecting, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the tv didn't work for the first 3 days,paint peeling, ect, it looked like a bunch of college kids lived here, not happy with the service that we're provided at all especially for the price, definitely not worth it. We were here to go to SickKids not happy at all.

Blinds on the windows were broken or badly aligned, and some things were missing e.g. a toilet paper roll dispense in one bathroom. Doors were off the closets and not put back. An electric kettle didn't work. But otherwise a very pleasant stay! Hope to return.

The apartment was clean. It showed obvious wear and tear and a lack of routine care. The floor to ceiling blinds in the bed room and the living room did not close properly. Management was advised and they patched the blinds in the bedroom with tape. There were not enough pots--a frying pan would be helpful. The staff on duty were very helpful regarding directions and suggestions for dining.

Difficult to find as we did not realise it was residential condo with no front desk or concierge. No assistance with doors or luggage. Quick lifts, quiet building. No booklet to tell you about the place or its surrounds.dated, peeling paint, no idea how to work the tv remote, no air conditioning (apparently they decide when to turn it on so sweltered), no dark curtains and half the vertical blinds missing. However there were cooking facilites, washing facilities and the location was perfect.

Our stay was awesome very close to everything.The place was very clean and better then a hotel.My daughter really loved the pool.The security guards we're very friendly and help full.I highly recommend to stay.

This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment where you don’t get any type of service. No breakfast, no real lobby, and no housekeeping. The room is also very outdated, with old apliances, no tv’s in room, and very old towels. The blinds are almost falling down, some of them you can see is changed upside down for re-use. I remember on the first day of parking our car we couldn’t find the elevator, we took the stairs up to 5 levels with 6 luggages and have to say that our garage remote worked very bad. The only good thing about the entire experience that it had much eatery around rhe building and also easy to walk to yonge street.

Room Disappointing.
Apartment v tired. Kitchen so poorly equipped cannot cook, or even boil egg! All plates chipped, not enough cutlery for 3 pax. Lights, kitchen fan etc etc don't work. Beds clean. Very disappointing for price range. Lobby area should have fore warned us. Dont stay here unless desperate.

Convenient large apartment close to hospitals
Good place to stay as it's large and an easy walk to University. Wifi is great. Unit has washer dryer and full kitchen 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked although not as generously as Canada Suites, which also has units for rent in the same large apartment complex. Doorman was super helpful . I'd stay again! Much more room than a hotel and less expensive, it's nice to make ones own breakfast and supper and have a full kitchen.

The room size is good! Check in is efficient! But 1 of 2 bath room toilets is broken. The blanket is very thin for cold Canadian winter. The office hour is 9-5. I called at 3:00pm for fixing the toilet and bring extra blanket. The office lady told me the maintain people and house keeper have gone home. No one came to fix or brought blanket during my 2 night stay ! Very dispointed! But The House keepers come to door 11:00am check out time-very on time

I stayed for business, and there was a big conference in town so all the hotel rooms were booked. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment, so it would be great if you were traveling with multiple people. It is a little dated, but comfortable. I was a little bothered by the fact that the only lock on the door was key-based so anyone with a key could have come in, and also the many doors the the balconies didn't seem secure, but I was on the 6th floor. It is a great neighborhood that is close to everything, and I would recommend this apartment for anyone who doesn't feel they need hotel amenities--particularly if you're traveling with a family. There was even a washer and dryer right in the apartment.

Amazing place to stay. On a main street and walking distance to metro and anything you need. Only cons were; washer was broken and television was news channel after news channel.
