"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. "Had a lovely stay, staff were great, first room, tv wasnt working but staff quickly resolved that by changing rooms, stayed in room 102 with being right by the stairs you can hear the door always slaming, but other than that no complaints, we didnt eat at the resturant, we ordered takeaway to hotel with no issues, asked staff for forks they quickly sorted them we have stayed here a few times never usually have any issues, parking is a bit expensive for only 1 night £10 but same price if ur...

"I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. "
