"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. "The stay was great I just feel like the windows don’t give enough air so there should be AC in the rooms as they get really warm quick and it’s hard to sleep with the heat. The beds comfy but the pillows are a bit too soft. Overall the stay was great and the staff was pleasant. However, I think some of the staff don’t know the check out time. Both told me and my partner different times first and then 11am. Hotel is close to city centre which is great "

"The hotel on arrival had a clean look with a pleasant perfume smell. The front desk service and booking in was quick and well explained. The room was clean warm and well presented with spare pillow's if needed. The swimming pool is heated and the gym is properly equipped. The menu is typical of a chain hotel. "
