"We stayed at this property for 5 days. It is relatively close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to find. It truly is in a neighborhood with a bodega and several small restaurants within walking distance (try Gordo's Cantina on St Nicholas). The apartment was adequately furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. It appears that it has recently been painted and updated. The hallways and elevator were also very clean. The property manager was very responsive to any questions throughout the visit....

"We loved this apartment because it's what we needed for our trip. It is small but very quiet and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings and we also liked the bottle of wine they offered us. It has a small backyard we could not use because of the weather. The subway is really close and we'd love to come back in the future. "

"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"Beware of this listing. They pulled a bait and switch and refused to provide a refund for the remaining days. They did not notify us of the switch before hand so we could make alternate arrangements.They dragged out the process by promising that the originally booked rental was fixed and that I can pickup the keys. Only on the day of pickup I was told it was not available. Slow to communicate to avoid giving refund for the remaining nights of the stay.They tried to gas light me into thinking the...
