"Though the breakfast isn't all that, the lighting in the rooms and hallways could be less harsh, and the place could use a little refresh, the service is really kind and responsive. The staff is extremely attentive to your needs and really takes the time to hear you out. If you are here on business, it does the job, though it's not a place I'd consider beyond 2.5 stars. I'd say families would be OK here or couples wanting to spend a few days in the area and not be confined to their hotel rooms...

"The shuttle to the casino was very convenient the shuttle driver went out of his way to accommodate our group. The people in rooms near ours was smoking marijuana on their balcony and the smoke is pulled into our room by the air conditioner. We will not be staying there again due to the smoke being so strong and we both have jobs where we get tested for drugs screening."

"The place is well kept and very clean. Our check-in person was great. Same experience on checkout. Everyone we spoke to in housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It has an average pool area, but it is ok for the location. The immediate grounds surrounding the Hotel premises is what you expect in a busy area."
