"They common areas for people to hang out were amazing! Our rooms were very conveniently laid out. The common area bathrooms needed attending and I told someone 2x about them but never got any TP in there. The stairs area needed cleaning as well. The ar area that is being added looks like a great addition. We needed tocheck in early and even thought they charged us, they did accomodate so that was nice."

"New hotel. Can tell it went up fast and cheap. Room was clean, with newer amenities. No consideration from guests as you could hear microwave doors slamming shut from all around you, toilets flushing, cabinet doors shutting as the walls are paper thin. Not really a free breakfast, more like free coffee. "

"Great stay! Brand new basic hotel. No towel hangers in the bathroom. Shower had weak pressure and water was just warm, it didn’t get hot. Great place to stay close to Tampa Airport. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . The shower worked well. There was a little road noise but it didn’t stop us sleeping well. Breakfast had lots of choice. Hot options were sausages, cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Cold options were yoghurt, cereals,muffins, apples, juice, as well as instant oatmeal, toast and tea or coffee. "

"I don't understand why there were bad reviews about this hotel. Not only was it clean, nice, and elegant, but the interior decor was very ornate and modern. Also, this was the first hotel I have ever visited that actually allowed guests the option to cook. I, personally, absolutely loved Extended Stay America."

"The room was clean and comfortable but the location was not ideal and there were not many restaurants nearby. The staffat front desk was friendly. "

"It’s good for pre cruise stay. The room did not have closet/hangers to hang clothes. No ice machine nor place to get drinking water but they do have vending machine and they offer water bottle but our room was outside the main building so it was very inconvenient. Their shuttle was a plus but confusing where the pick up place was located. Will not stay here again."
