"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. "We had to find a place in KL quick and someone proposed us Domitys. It was a great place after staying in Hong Kong. Spacious and in a residential neighbourhood, just what we needed. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Nice food place 10 minutes down the road (walking). It is also not too far from various sights in KL."

"The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall."

"The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "
