The walls had many holes and scuffs that could have easily been fixed with spackle and a coat of paint. The fireplace/thermostat didn’t work until the last night we stayed. "Very nice place with a warm cabin feeling. It has a small kitchen with a sink, stove, and counter . The place comes equipped with pots, pans, and microwave . Just bring your own cooking oils, spices, and plastic wrap and utensils like forks and spoons. This place has a fireplace, it was nice to have a fire while it snowed outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are also dog friendly. I would stay here next time! "

"Renee’s property was great, right on the outside of the village, away from all the foot traffic. Everything (bars/ restaurants/ shopping) within 5-7 minute walk. 2 hot tubs are very spacious, we never had issues finding space in them after a day on the slopes. The lifts are right outside the building, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for all of the great recommendations while we were in town- it was an A trip!"

"This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. "Great location in South Lake Tahoe, nice studio condo, very convenient garage and first floor access. I stayed with my son, and my two grandchildren, ages 11 and 14 visited us for a few nice dinners. "We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "

"It is an adorable and comfortable studio and a short walk to Chair 5. Great communication with the owner, she is very responsive. Couple of things to note, the fridge is very small and the pull-out bed is tiny. I'm 5'6 and my feet hung over the edge. It is more suited for a small child. Also, I suggest rewriting the check-in and check-out instructions. The codes needed are in different locations and the check-out instructions weren't accurate. "

"Three days for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving together. The plan was to never leave the house/yard and the house was perfect for that. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, watch TV, play games, eat together and converse. The bedroom layout worked well for our family. And outside there was snow! The kids had a blast building snowmen and sledding down the driveway. Mark was a great host and so easy to communicate with. He answered texts quickly even after arrival. We had a great time!"
