"We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather. "Clean, each room with large HD tv, 2fireplaces, somewhat tight for 6people. 2nd bedroom is the area when you enter the unit, followed behind a glass door by an area where you find a good size refrigerator, and microwave, a granite countertop with a coffee maker and disposable silverware, dishes . Past another glass door is the living area where you have an extensible queen sofa; posted picture gives a good coverage of this living room. "The facilities are a bit dated, but the location, view and staff make up for it. A nice place to stay for a short trip with family. Plenty of space and close to restaurants, lake and Heavenly."
