"My husband & I were very happy with our stay at South Lake Chalet. The location was great, we walked to Heavenly Village everyday for shopping and restaurants. The room was nicely updated, cute little kitchenette and clean bathroom. Lots of thoughtful amenities & extras (earplugs & masks, makeup wipes, extra towels, etc). We had our dog with us and had no problems. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4...

"This place did the job. Was it the best stay? No, but also not the worst. Parking is horrendous, but they do have a parking garage with two entrances. We left to get some food late in the evening and literally took the last spot coming back. The lake is very close and you can see it between trees from the balcony which was awesome. There were no spices or complimentaries at all. It would have been nice to have some spices, but also a couple pods of coffee would have been great. The toilet paper...

"Didnt realize this was a hotel place. I thought this was a condo/townhouse. I didnt see the name of the property clearly on the booking. I messaged the property but didn't get a response. The place was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Close to everything in town. "
