"I have stayed her 5-6 times. It took us 45 minutes to get into our room as we did a late check in and the key card wouldn’t work. I was able to get a hold of their after hours line and they were out in 10 minutes. We thought the room was warm because we had been outside. Unfortunately our heater was broken and would only stay on 2-15 minutes before the pilot would go out if I could get it on. There was a sign on the thermostat that said to turn off and wait a minute and turn back on. I barely slept. There was no space heater so we just had to tough it out as I eventually fell asleep not being able to get up every 10-20 minutes. I reached out to the staff and they apologized and told us they would let the owner know and upgraded us to an amazing place by the lake. What an amazing view!!! We were pleasantly surprised and were so grateful to Brian and Justin for turning the terrible start of our trip around!!! Now I only want lakeside!!!"

"After reading some of the reviews, I was preparing for an interesting stay, however, this hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, there's plenty to do within the property. My wife was on a work trip and I stayed in the hotel with my daughter and there was never a day where we did not have something to do. There's a bowling alley, there's an arcade, there's an affordable restaurant on site that has really good options, walking distance to a lot of stores, Casino, bar, etc. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel."

"The property is nice. Its location is perfect for exploring Lake Tahoe. A couple of sightseeing spots are within walking or driving distance. The Hotel itself is classic and convenient for its guests, with exceptional guest services. "

"Hottub and sauna after a day on the slopes was great. Beautiful view of lake from room. Close to safeway for groceries and a handful of great restaurants. Good location 👌 "
