"Great location! Ski week with my son and it could not have been better. 5 minute walk to ski center/lodge and recreational facilities! Kitchen was adequate for our needs, beds comfortable. Plenty of room for my son and I. Would be great for 3 people and potentially 4 if smaller/younger. Would rent again!"

"Found this rental while looking for a place to stay while attending a wedding on the resort. Dylan and Renee were super easy to communicate with and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. Super cozy and homey feel, I love how close yet still far enough from all the noise of the resort. Would definitely think about renting for the snow season since it’s right next to a lift. Plus the pools and hot tubs would be ideal after a long day on the mountain. Worth every penny! "

"We spent three nights here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Cozy cabin space with fireplace. The period decor was great--right out of the 1950's but clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful--we hit some local hills for early season sledding and they set us up with sleds and helmets. We will be back!"

"We were at Northstar for a wedding in July. The unit is extremely well-equipped with coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, great towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Bed and pillows very comfortable. One night the AC went out and we were unable to restart. Ultimately we flipped a circuit breaker and restarted. Owner very responsive, send repair crew next day (already solved). Suggest adding circuit label for AC (currently says HP-1) and add instructions to helpful notebook on what to...

"Hazel was amazing, friendly, and super communicative. She cares about your stay and wants you to feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. The studio is in an ideal location and walkable to Donner Lake. "The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"
