"Brilliant location, walkable to all the big attractions. Excellent transport links for travelling further afield or even locally if you dont fancy walking. Very clean and well kept accomodation. Only down side is the rooms are quite small but who stays in the room in a fabulous location."

"I arrived 30 minutes before check-in and not only was I allowed to do so; I was also upgraded a larger room without any additional cost! Although the room itself was a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The mini fridge was unfortunately not working; but either way, with the amount of food options and easy access to groceries in the vicinity, it wasn't an issue. Overall, it's a good place to stay if travelling to Sydney CBD for business. "

"The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks. The staff was very friendly. The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff. "

"My wife and I booked a staycation at The Fullerton in Sydney for a little city escape, and while the service was absolutely top-notch—the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—the hotel itself is starting to show its age. The heritage bones of the building are beautiful, and there’s definitely charm in the old-world atmosphere, but it feels like it’s resting a bit too much on that charm.
