"We booked hotel when it was the Tankstream. It was taken over by Rydges about 3 weeks before we came. Room was small but we knew that before we came and it was all that we needed for one night before our cruise. Very convenient location in CBD. Very busy area though but very walkable. Close to George St where the restaurants and night life is. Short Uber ride to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast buffet was the normal fare you would expect. All good."

"The room was very compact and having stayed at this hotel on arrival and departure from Sydney with several suitcases I have never had such a small room. Mr Cameron the front office manager was very helpful and accommodating in giving us a significant late check out. His attitude to my comments regarding the room will encourage me to return. "

"I always stay here when in Sydney. Fantastic location, only a 10-15 min walk from central station, and a 10-15 min walk from the nearby parking garage which is pretty reasonably priced for the area. The rooms are tiny, but always clean and tidy. And sound proofing isn’t great, as you can hear people in the hallways. Check in and out is always easy, especially if you’re like me and always arriving late at night."
