"The best asset of this property is the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Extremely clean and apart from onsite options close to many restaurants. Shops and transport at your doorstep."

"We booked the apartment for our in-laws. They enjoyed the stay and check in experience was great. We visited them once, and used the toilet facility in the apartment. If there’s improvent to be made with the one-bedder apartment space is the toilet flush buttons maintenance. Either buttons require strong press to operate, this would be a challenge for kids/elderly or anyone with arthritis to manage. "

"The property was in the perfect location, it had a beautiful reception area with a stunning bar. The room was amazing also. Only inconvenience was the parking at Wilson parking 300m down the road."

"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms - perfect for a family holiday. Very close to public transport, we utilised the ferry service which was a short walk away, plus lots of restaurants nearby."

"Third visit and probably the last. Its a very fancy hotel but it has lost its magic for me. The breakfast buffet used to be the most amazing thing to be honest, thats why we stay there, but its gone down hill quite a bit. No bread rolls or bagels to accompany the smoked salmon....I know its a bit of a small thing, but one does going with the other right? The rooms are lovely, and a killer view, the location is pretty perfect, but its no longer got the 5 star ambience of older times. "
