The Novotel has been a fixture of Darling Harbour for as long as I can remember. It is a nice hotel and provides good value given its location. Only unfortunate thing is that access to the hotel is not directly accessible from DH and requires a bit of meandering. Still, would recommend!

Fantastic location, so close to Darling Harbour and easy walk to Pitt Street mall. Very very close to tram which was great as it was raining for majority of our stay. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable with different softness pillows. Rooms were sound proof it seems as didn’t hear any outside noise or next door rooms. Great black out shades on windows. The only complaint which isn’t really that bad was that check in is on the first floor instead of ground floor so carting luggage up to first floor then onto rooms and vice versa, no big deal though.
