"We had a great wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean and beautiful and the room was spacious and again clean. The breakfast was delicious and just what I needed with a great selection of vegetarian options as well as a cold meat selection as you would expect in Europe. Different milk options were also available, which I didn’t need but it was great to see. All round absolutely lovely and the staff always said hello with a smile. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. "

"We had one night stay at MONA and we loved its location by the lake with stunning view. Conveniently walked to nearby cafes or sightseeing. The Montreux Noel was on the path below the hotel, super close and convenient. Lobby also provided coffee/pop corn for the guests. Very happy with our choice, room was neat and clean, we had balcony lake view, and very quiet in the morning, wish we could stay longer."

"Really nice and cozy alpine style hotel. Perfect location within a 3-min walk from the train station, ski bus, Gornergrat train, and the main street with all the shops and ski rental. Good breakfast selection, enough of healthy choices. Really enjoyed the sauna and hamam facilities, too."

"Really lovely hotel. You needed to request a kettle and return it at check out. Where’s the coffee machine was in situ. They offered a fridge with complimentary drinks, but they were standard, I have food intolerances which meant that half the drinks were of no use to me. So it would have been better to have a choice. The swimming pool and spa was lovely. But most of the sauna and steam rooms were for access of 16+ and nude, which wasn’t ideal for a single mother. My daughter is only 8. The breakfast was good. Amazing selection of teas. The egg station was good. The cups could have been placed near the tea, not just next to the coffee. Ingredients and labels for food could have been clearer. It would have been good to be able to reheat food and drinks. A microwave for use of guests would have been good. It would have been nice if a simple rosti with bacon/ egg was available at the bar or restaurant and I would have liked it if a portion of chips and salads were also available at the bar. "
