"I was outraged to pay over $60 for a room service cesaer salad with chicken and it SUCKED. Limp, dark, slimy lettuce, way too much dressing with a pathetic piece of chicken on a separate plate floating in what I think was butter?? AWFUL. Shameful. "

"The Staff and Accommodations were excellent. Would like to see for breakfast milk, cereal or oatmeal and maybe bagels or something other than just bread. We traveled with two small children. "

"Great location for exploring the area. The bath towels need to be replaced, they were hard as rocks. Noisy all day and night (due to location). Besides Alicia (the lady that checked me in), no one spoke or greeted me. Won’t return to this property. "

I wish I knew all their names. Omar in particular is wonderful. Not to mention, it’s located within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. The rooms are very spacious and so well appointed. It makes you want to move in. Big thanks to all the The Peninsula Chicago!"
