When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! It was like water torture! So if room 317 is allocated to you, then insist on another room!! The breakfast was good and the staff serving were...

"Stayed at the Manor house Hotel and spa on the 18.01.25 my husband and myself we had a lovely stay room was lovely and clean the bed was really comfy the staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble we didn't get time to go into the spa but next time we will. Yes the property could do with some investment and renovation, but the building inside was clean and the rooms were clean. The staff were all very friendly.
