When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! "Stayed at the Manor house Hotel and spa on the 18.01.25 my husband and myself we had a lovely stay room was lovely and clean the bed was really comfy the staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble we didn't get time to go into the spa but next time we will. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Booked this as it was a very reasonable price as I was going to Alton towers the next day. Arrived and was stunned by the building and the views. Checked in and the staff were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Next day for up and had breakfast, a freshly cooked English breakfast with cereals and pastries included. Overall if I am ever in the area again I will be staying here."
