"Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained. "

"The property was perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Unique layout of the property creates great bedroom privacy. Easy, short walk to the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen and awesome dining area that also serves as a great board/card game area. Laundry and really nice area for storing skis, boards, and boots. "The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. "
