"The check in is off putting with the sales pitch about attending a presentation about purchasing one of the properties. Gym is nice and open 24hrs. Lots of hot tubs around the property. Condo was nice. Great fridge and stocked with utensils and such to prepare food if desired. Washer and dryer in the unit. Coffee pot takes ground coffee and they provide a couple filters. They only provided one serving of regular coffee for a two night stay which was strange. Comfortable bed, nice sitting...

"For the amount being charged each night, the fact that any housekeeping services were extra was not appreciated. Condition of the unit/building could see some improvement: some of steps in the outside stairwell were loose; bank of lights above the kitchen counter were not functional."

"The property was perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Unique layout of the property creates great bedroom privacy. Easy, short walk to the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen and awesome dining area that also serves as a great board/card game area. Laundry and really nice area for storing skis, boards, and boots. "Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola that takes to to the base of steamboat. Very spacious and great amenities."

"Gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated. The space is not large, but was very usable and had everything we could need. We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!"

"The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. "
