"We booked a slope-side room but the view was to the Steamboat square, not really to the slope. The staff understood the frustration and moved us to another room that was truly slope-side. Other than that, everything else was very good. Staff granted us a late checkout by 12:30pm and parking until 2pm which worked really well with our plans. Only thing that caught our attention as opportunity was how small the bathroom was."

"The check in is off putting with the sales pitch about attending a presentation about purchasing one of the properties. Gym is nice and open 24hrs. Lots of hot tubs around the property. Condo was nice. Great fridge and stocked with utensils and such to prepare food if desired. Washer and dryer in the unit. Coffee pot takes ground coffee and they provide a couple filters. They only provided one serving of regular coffee for a two night stay which was strange. Comfortable bed, nice sitting...
