"Cleanliness was top notch. Valet guys were awesome as well as front desk personnel. Safety was a priority for guests! My only complaints are that you could not control your room temperature and you could hear people conversing in neighboring rooms. "

"Feels fairly upscale, but does linger with cigarette smoke, like any casino hotel. The casino itself is a top-notch and upbeat place to play. The 34th floor pool with views just cannot be beat. "

"Great place with a lot of history and ambience. It’s a historical building, well maintained though age shows in some places, but there is a lots of space compared to modern chains. Staff is friendly and professional, and on site restaurant is a good option for dinner. "

"Lobby was very inviting. There is some wear and tear on the walls and in the hallways. Our room was a little musky, but overall cozy. Couch in king suite could use a cleaning. Spa tub in king suite could use a refinishing. It looked dirty, but found to be stained or scratched. The sauna was not working and the pool was ice cold.
